Refund policy

At SAINT IV, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

We accept returns for eligible items if a return request is submitted within 28 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

Returns submitted outside the 28-day return period will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer laws.
Discontinued or sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
• A valid RMA number must be obtained before returning the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Any items returned without an RMA number may be destroyed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Fragrances

All fragrance products are non-returnable.

Due to shipping regulations for flammable goods, fragrance products must be shipped as dangerous goods and handled by certified businesses with the appropriate packaging and transportation requirements.

Return Instructions

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us at contact@saintiv.com within 28 days of receiving your order to request an RMA number.

Step 2: Package the Item

Please ensure the item is:

• Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Clearly marked with the provided RMA number.

Step 3: Send the Return

 

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

International Returns

Where complimentary international shipping was provided, the original shipping cost incurred by SAINT IV may be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:

• Order Total: $240 AUD
• Shipping Cost Paid by SAINT IV: $40 AUD
• Refund Amount: $200 AUD

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are not issued as store credit unless specifically requested by the customer and permitted by applicable law.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@saintiv.com as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the fault or damage where applicable

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
